All profiles on our dating and matrimony apps are manually moderated for fraud. User data is strictly private — even our team does not have access to personal conversations or content.
How do I request data deletion from Hidnn?
Write to support@hidnn.com with subject "Data deletion request" and the email/phone you registered with. We process data deletion requests within 7 working days, fully removing your profile and any associated content.
How do I report a fake profile or fraud on Hidnn?
Use the in-app "Report" option first (fastest) — our moderation team sees it immediately. If you need to send evidence or context, forward it to support@hidnn.com with "Fraud report" in the subject. We take fraud reports very seriously and take action within hours, not days.
Refund or payment issue — who do I contact?
support@hidnn.com — mention your order ID or the phone/email you subscribed with, plus a brief description of the issue. We review every refund request on its merits.
